仪器简介Description：
单根电线电缆燃烧测试仪用于测试电线电缆在过热、过流等非正常状态下，其绝缘层的阻燃性能。应用于线电缆或光缆的垂直火焰蔓延测试，同时可检验在火焰条件下滴露物的燃烧状况。
Single cable combustion Tester is used to test wires and cables in heat, flow under abnormal conditions, such as, the insulating layer of fire-retardant properties. Vertical flame spread test for cables or fiber-optic cable, also can be tested under fire conditions of dettol combustion.
该测试仪根据客户要求定制设计满足IEC60332-1及IEC60332-2两种喷灯的设计要求。试验一套控制系统配备两套试验箱及试验喷灯；可为客户节省大部分控制成本。并达到优化设计的目的。（图片为单燃烧箱，供参考。定制设备在图片的右侧会有一个同左侧一样的燃烧箱。）
注：试验箱门为装饰及防尘作用。根据标准要求，实验时需敞开。

共用控制部分Shared control parts：
1、该一体机测试设备由三部分组成：一个控制箱，两个燃烧箱。每个燃烧箱分别配备各种独立的不同喷灯燃烧器及控制系统。
The all-in-one tester consists of three parts: a control box, two combustion box. Each burning cabinet is equipped with various independent torch burner and control system.
触摸屏智能控制系统，配备两套独立的测试程序，可自由选择IEC60332-1或IEC60332-2的测试程序。
Intelligent touch screen control system, equipped with two independent testing procedures shall be free to select the test program IEC60332-1 or IEC60332-2.
配备IEC60332-1及IEC60332-2要求的标准喷灯，及相应的不锈钢试样夹具；
Standard torch with IEC60332-1 and IEC60332-2 requirements, and the corresponding stainless steel specimen holder;
4、系统自动点火，自动计时，数据自动存储；
The system auto-ignition, automatic timing, automatic data storage;
5、控制箱体内部配备气体单向阀，提供更多的安全保证；

6、火焰施加时间及持燃时间可在0～99分99秒范围内调节。试验过程自动控制。

7、进口针阀精确调节火焰高度，按标准要求蓝色火焰50mm~60mm,总高170mm~190mm
