1、无坩埚设计，节能，环保，炉膛无增铁增硅，铝液材质无影响。
2、采用高铝抗渗透耐火材料，炉衬寿命长，可达五年以上。
3、采用微孔纳米隔热板及铝纤维保温材料，炉壁平均温升低。
4、采用平焰燃烧器加热，火焰短，辐射面大，降低铝水烧损。
5、设有烟气热交换器，加热助燃空气，降低能耗。
6、温控仪表采用日本、美国品牌，质量稳定，寿命长。
7、炉盖带有气缸装置，方便除渣作业。
8、铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制，提高铝水控温精度，降低能耗。
9、炉子外形:长方型、正方型、L型。
10、能源加热方式:天然气或液化气(客户自选)。
Product features:
1. No crucible design, energy saving, environmental protection, no iron and silicon increase in furnace, no influence on liquid aluminum material.
2. Using high aluminum impermeable refractory, the lining has a long service life, which can reach more than five years.
3. The average temperature rise of furnace wall is low by using microporous nano thermal insulation board and aluminum fiber thermal insulation material.
4. The use of flat flame burner heating, short flame, large radiation surface, reduce the loss of molten aluminum.
5. It is equipped with flue gas heat exchanger to heat combustion air and reduce energy consumption.
6. The temperature control and instrument are made of Japanese and American brands, with stable quality and long service life.
7. The furnace cover is equipped with a cylinder device to facilitate slag removal.
8. Double control of liquid aluminum and furnace atmosphere temperature can improve the temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
9. Furnace shape: rectangular, square and L-shaped.
10. Energy heating mode: natural gas or liquefied gas (customer's choice).
