产品特点：
1、浸入式电保温炉，更节能，比传统电保温炉减少50%电耗,铝水表面氧化皮少。
2、无坩埚设计、采用高铝抗渗透耐火材料，正常维护保养下炉衬寿命不小于5年。
3、采用微孔纳米隔热板及铝纤维保温材料，炉壁平均温升低。
4、温控仪表采用日本、美国品牌，质量稳定，寿命长。
5、插座采用工业快速接插件，可快速更换加热炉盖，提高工作效率。
6、中国台湾品牌的可控硅(PID控制)，控温精度±3℃左右。
7、炉盖开启采用气动/电动形式，方便除渣作业。
8、铝液、炉膛气氛温度双重控制，提高铝水控温精度，降低能耗。
9、铝液热电偶保护管采用氮化硅材质，不增铁，寿命长。
10、炉膛熔池部分采用进口品牌浇注料。
11、铝水容量:500KG-2500KG.
12、加热方式:底置式或顶置式。
Product features:
1. Immersion electric holding furnace is more energy-saving, reduces power consumption by 50% compared with traditional electric holding furnace, and has less oxide scale on the surface of molten aluminum.
2. Crucible free design, high alumina impermeable refractory materials are adopted, and the service life of furnace lining under normal maintenance is not less than 5 years.
3. Microporous nano thermal insulation board and aluminum fiber thermal insulation material are adopted, and the average temperature rise of furnace wall is low.
4. The temperature control instrument adopts Japanese and American brands, with stable quality and long service life.
5. The socket adopts industrial quick connector, which can quickly replace the heating furnace cover and improve work efficiency.
6. Taiwan brａnd thyristor (PID control), with temperature control accuracy of about ± 3 ℃.
7. The furnace cover is opened in pneumatic / electric mode to facilitate slag removal.
8. Double control of molten aluminum and furnace atmosphere temperature to improve the temperature control accuracy of molten aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
9. The protective tube of liquid aluminum thermocouple is made of silicon nitride, which does not increase iron and has a long service life.
10. The molten pool of furnace adopts imported brａnd castable.
11. Aluminum water capacity: 500kg-2500kg
12. Heating mode: bottom or top.
